Founder & head distiller of , Tom Burkleaux, is heading to Rum Club for an afternoon worth clearing your calendar for. 🌿

On Monday, June 1st, from 3–4 pm, we’re hosting an industry-only discussion & spirit tasting on the art of botanical flavoring: how to build complexity in gins, amari, and aquavit, from a single-ingredient infusion to a multi-botanical blend. Then from 4–7 pm, we’re opening it up to everyone. Come by for New Deal cocktails and a casual chat with Tom, no ticket, no reservation, just show up.

Sure, we’re known for Rum (I mean, it’s in the name). But don’t sleep on the fact that we are full of classic cocktails of all shapes. This is the “Everything But” Cocktail from the Savoy, an exceptionally pleasant sour with Gin, Scotch, Apricot, Lemon and Orange, and Egg white, with a zippy Peychauds stripe.
