On Monday, June 1st, from 3–4 pm, we’re hosting an industry-only discussion & spirit tasting on the art of botanical flavoring: how to build complexity in gins, amari, and aquavit, from a single-ingredient infusion to a multi-botanical blend. If you’re a bartender or work in the service industry and want to get into the weeds (literally) with Tom, grab your spot by RSVPing to [email protected].

Then from 4–7 pm, we’re opening it up to everyone. Come by for New Deal cocktails and a casual chat with Tom, no ticket, no reservation, just show up.

This is the “Everything But” Cocktail from the Savoy, an exceptionally pleasant sour with Gin, Scotch, Apricot, Lemon and Orange, and Egg white, with a zippy Peychauds stripe.
