Question: searching for not-for-profit organizations in Oregon that provide service and support for workers in the food and beverage hospitality industry. Health care, job retraining, relief funds, literacy programs, etc. Anybody know of any such thing? Thanks.

Today was Mel's last day, which is sad. But home made treats were plentiful, which is good! Brittany made a pride themed Galaxy cake. Lynn made a chocolate haupia pie a la Ted's of Oahu.

It doesn't look like much, but these modest first batches of chile verde & Cuban mojo pulled pork are the beginnings of our farmers market revival Saturday April 1!! Production is underway at KitchenCru & we should have much of our menu available!

Visited the future home of KitchenCru alumni Three Sisters Nixtamal in SE Portland today. The space is really coming together, congratulations!
It was a treat to have Bowery Bagels back at Cru for Paçzki Day today. Also had KGW-TV News at Sunrise and Drew Carney (KGW-TV) broadcasting live. All in all, a fun and delicious morning. Here's a video recap.
