24/7 Animal Hospital DoveLewis is a nonprofit emergency and ICU animal hospital offering advanced veterinary care.
DoveLewis has several donor-funded programs for the community, including one of America’s largest volunteer-based animal blood banks, a nationally recognized pet loss support program offering free group therapy sessions, stabilizing care for lost, stray and wild animals, and financial assistance for qualifying low-income families and abused animals.
Some of the most important parts of care are the ones that don’t look medical at all. ♥️

“Not only did Dove save our fur baby’s life, they gave her incredible care in the days before and after surgery and were there for us throughout the entire process. Dove is truly the best.”
It’s hard to describe seeing your puppy one day playing, and the next needing emergency surgery after a dog attack left her with a collapsed lung and multiple chest injuries. Those first days were terrifying. Now, each time Pippa comes back for follow-ups, we just feel so grateful for how far she’s come. ❤️
Spicy is often pain showing up the only way it can. Willow came in needing surgery to remove an obstruction, and once she started feeling better, everything changed. Helping them feel better and earning their trust lets us meet the real them. ♥️

Different departments, same Orsi 🤍 He has made his way through ER, Pain Management, Internal Medicine, and Cardiology, and somehow always manages to show up in style.
No matter where he goes in the hospital, he’s met with care, comfort, and a team that knows him well… and yes, a new look for every stop.

Franz came in on a really hard night, very sick and not himself, and clearly feeling pretty miserable. We focused on getting him stable and helping him through the worst of it. With time and supportive care, he was able to go home.
His family later sent this signed portrait, which feels like a very confident “five stars, would recommend if you’re sick” from Franz. ⭐
We try every trick we can to help them bring it back up safely. Bunny Disney Sparkle needed a little extra help, and an endoscopy made that possible. ❤
