Texas barbecue in Portland is kinda crazy. Texas barbecue from a food cart in Portland while it’s raining in June? Smh lol

Me and EastsideBaby🍼 pulled up to Matt’s BBQ to see what all the hype was about. Portland has one of the best food cart scenes in the country, and somehow one of the city’s most beloved barbecue spots is sitting right in the middle of one. People kept telling us about this spot so we had to give an objective perspective to it.

We spent half the video talking about the weather lmao it was pouring rain and somehow we were outside eating pork ribs like we were in Austin, Texas.

One thing I love about Portland is how random the food scene can be. You can find incredible food from all over the world, being served out of a food cart. & some of the best food you can find at a food cart. It’s a trip.
