Baked Catfish at Portofino Ristorante in Portland, Oregon, is something a lot of people up here call a "rare treat." Although it isn't considered a true Italian dish, Portofino has found a way to make it one of their own. By mixing Italian heritage with a dash of southern cuisine, visitors have a chance to indulge their taste buds into something that pops and rocks.

Mississippi has one of the lowest minimum wages in the US at $7.25/hr. Although the state has the lowest cost of living, raising the entry level wage from $9/hr-$11/hr has not just made his employees happier, but also the business itself.

On top of an increase in wages, Roberts includes free daily meals, monthly tip outs, monthly performance bonuses and options for employer based medical insurance.

With all these new incentives, Roberts raised the price of his products by 13% which adds up to an extra $0.75 per meal.
