The new packaging for our Zinc Therapy Soap is rolling-out this week. The soap formulation has not changed. It's the same soap in different packaging. The rollout across all channels is going to take a few months.

Most of our 5% Sulfur & 2% Salicylic acid liquid soap in the 4oz bottles has sold out or is nearly sold-out in most channels.

The newly designed packaging will be rolling out over the new few weeks. The 12 fl oz version is already available at www.dermaharmony.com. For the time being, the 12 fl oz and 64 fl oz size will only be available from our company store. There was no change to the product formulation - it is the same liquid soap (just a different bottle and design).

We've moved from PET to HDPE plastic so that the bottle can be more easily squeezed. HDPE is generally considered more sustainable.

We've moved from screen printing to water resistant labels because the labels allow gradients which are more aesthetic. The labels wear better when shipped long distances in master cases of 48. The screen printing was susceptible to scuffing and abrasion.

On 4/22/2025 our 10% Sulfur Bars will begin to ship with the updated DermaHarmony branding. The packaging is new. The bars have NOT changed. By the end of May they'll be available in wrappers in addition to cartons.

The oils markets have been on an upward tear since August 2024. Coconut oil is at an ALL-TIME high. Palm oil is up about 40% since early 2024. Most soap is made with palm and coconut oil. The United States produces very little of these specific oils. We import most.

There is significant pressure on retail pricing.

There have been recent queries regarding the Expiration Date for Lot Number 3080 for the 2% Zinc Pyrithione Soap. The expiration date is 3/15/2026.

We've started to rollout cartoned soap. The cartons are more eco friendly and printed with water-based inks. They also present better in retail settings. Enjoy.

Our products are now available from Amazon FBA in the United Arab Emirates. Distribution in the UAE is under our direct control.

We're setting up 75 more low-bay climate controlled warehouse spaces. Each bay will hold 12,000-14,400 finished bars at 63-65°F year around. Humidity is also controlled. The bays are for the new BPO bars, reformulated liquid pyrithione zinc soap, and shampoo bars.

We're busy filling-up the low-bays where we'll pick inventory during the busy 4th quarter. Each row holds approximately 150,000 to 165,000 bars of soap.

UPDATE: The 10% Sulfur & 3% Salicylic Acid bars will begin selling again on 8/4/2021.

The 5% Sulfur & 2% Salicylic Acid batch is on the production line now. It will take five 10 hour shifts to complete the run.
