Through the classes I offer I aim to share my knowledge and love of the domestic arts, particularly
I first learned the art of home food preservation by my mother’s side while growing up in coastal Washington. I fondly remember stirring batches of hot jam made from the wild huckleberries and blackberries we picked, and anxiously watching as my mom loaded jars of local tuna into the pressure canner.
