Dear community, it is becoming clear there is a growing need for mental health services during this difficult time. We want to make sure that everyone knows mental health video sessions (Telehealth) are covered by insurances during this time, including copays. There is an incredible growth in unemployment, DV, su***de attempts, hospitalizations, and addictions. Now is the time for people to connect to a mental health provider so they are not alone in this. The insurance companies have supported opening up all the channels to make sure Telehealth is covered during this pandemic. This includes Care Oregon (OHP). We gotta get the word out. Please share this post with as many people as you can. And let people know Connections First has openings and we are available to provide immediate care. (www.connectionsfirst.org) Thank you and stay strong.
