Something sweet suited to every taste.
🍠Okinawa sweet potato butter cake is rich, buttery, and ooey-gooey with sweet potato, misugaru crumble, miso salted caramel, and chantilly cream.
🍌masu banana is our take on the famous Tokyo banana, featuring a light vanilla sponge filled with banana custard and served with banana ice cream and a malted milk crumble.
🍫chocolate monaka sandwich with Valrhona vegan chocolate ice cream and mochi in a delicate rice cracker shell, topped with chocolate sauce, roasted peanuts, and a sprinkle of flakey salt.
