Welcome Jennifer to the team! With over 13 years of experience as a Massage Therapist, she is passionate about helping clients relieve pain, restore balance, and reconnect with their bodies. She has seen how chronic discomfort can be physically and emotionally exhausting, and she is deeply committed to doing her best to help ease that pain so her clients can move more freely and live their best lives. The essential role of water and electrolytes in summer:
Hydration supports muscle contraction, nutrient delivery, joint and tissue lubrication, and helps maintain body temperature.
