Meditation under a flowering plumeria tree. My meditation on this beautiful sunny Sunday focused on trusting myself to know what’s right and good and listening, being patient, and preparing myself for the work ahead. Meditation in nature and just being outdoors surrounded by the rich colors, breezes, sunshine, abundant plants and flowers in bloom are the restorative practices that are as sweet and lovely as summer peaches.
