It’s a beautiful mornin’ - This Chimi right here is by far the best seller…The Bacon & Sausage - full of crispy bacon, savory sausage, a blend of Chihuahua & Tillamook Cheddar Cheese, hatch chile scrambled eggs, potatoes and deep fried just enough to give it that beautiful crisp and chewy center. Afternoon y’all! We’re gonna do CHIMIS! Jeremy L. Sivers a lil different this weekend. Instead of pre rolling, we’re gonna roll and fry to order. With this strategy it will still be quick, but will give you the crispiest Chimi possible, and at the same time offering you veggie and dairy free options. Our 2nd Pop Up for CHIMIS! Jeremy L. Sivers is this weekend! Saturday & Sunday, 10am-2pm or sold out. We’ll have 100 available each day, but just a reminder, they sold out last Sunday in 90min. These are wonderful and a fun indulgent breakfast treat that’s also a foot-long haha. We hope to see you this weekend! :)

One year ago today, we closed our restaurant. Thank you so much for your love and support and sticking with us. It’s helped give us a second chance.
