“Your vision will become clear only when you can look into your own heart. Who looks outside, dreams; who looks inside, awakes.”

Three Magic Words is the latest Eckhart Tolle Edition and has been updated to speak powerfully to contemporary readers.
It presents a simple but profound truth: we can shape the outer world by shaping our inner thoughts. Instead of being controlled by circumstances, we can become architects of our reality by harnessing the power of consciousness itself.

Wealth is not measured by how much you have but by how little you need. Be content.
"It is easier to live in the certainty of misery than in the misery of uncertainty". Virginia Satir. How many times and in how many areas of our lives do we choose to stay put, avoid risk, and settle for our unhappiness due to fear and doubt that anything better can exist for us? Let's embrace the promise of life's abundance and reach towards changes that bring us closer to our dreams and desires. Happy Travels.

We all see things about ourselves, our relationships, and our world that we want to change. The work we put into ourselves is crucial in the shifting of relationships and the softening of our hearts. We observe, consider, work, and wonder, tilling the soil of our lives, planting seeds, and tending them. Sometimes the hard part is knowing when to stop and let go, handing it over to the universe. It is often at these times, when we are not looking, in the silence of nature’s embrace, that the miracle of change happens.
On Meditation
We remain woefully unschooled in the art of being, which involves enjoying and celebrating our achievements. It also involves finding a sense of “enoughness” from within, rather than chasing after satisfaction from the outside, always as “more”—more pleasure, possessions, or exciting relationships. Because our busy lifestyles leave little room for inwardness, we need the help of the world’s contemplative traditions in harvesting our lives. The spiritual technologies that come from yoga, Zen Buddhism, Kabbalah, and contemplative Christianity give us the tools to expand our consciousness, connect with our inmost essence, and cultivate the calmness and self-knowledge that breed wisdom. Meditative practices from these traditions help us find contentment from within so that we are not overdriven by excessive goal orientation. We then have the freedom to reclaim and develop aspects of the self that we abandoned earlier in life to become successful in the world.

On Presence
The body is very truthful. Your mind can deceive you and put all kinds of barriers between you and your nature; but your body does not lie. Your body tells you, if you attend to it, how your life is and whether you are living authentically from your soul. The body is your only home in the universe. It is your house of belonging here in the world. It is a very sacred temple. To spend time in silence before the mystery of your body brings you toward wisdom and holiness.
