The Portland Company is a nine acre industrial site with a commanding location on the eastern end of the waterfront.
It was established in 1846 as a locomotive foundry to build railroad equipment for the connection between Portland and Montreal. It was a significant New England medium to heavy steel fabricator until 1978. It had a proud history of serving New England manufacturer's and utilities while building 628 locomotives 160 ships (including Iron Clads), equipment for the Panama Canal and so on. Presently t

Nothing makes us smile more than to see gorgeous photos of a happy couple!
A wedding with two sweet Brooklyn residents at one of our favorite Portland venues, with the most gorgeous starry night themed decor, an amazingly styled wedding party, an unplugged ceremony with no guests on their phones ;), a piñata, tattoo bar, candy apple bar, the craziest dancing to fun Cuban music... this whole day was an absolute dream.
