We’re hitting the road for a packed week of sushi, live music, community events, and Father’s Day celebrations!

📍 Thursday (6/18) – Catch us at Bates College from 11am–2pm serving up your favorite sushi rolls and bowls for the lunch crowd.

🎸 Friday (6/19) – We’re heading to Thompson’s Point for the State Theatre presents Joe Russo’s Almost Dead show. Find us from 5pm–10pm with a full lineup of fresh fresh and festival favorites.

🏳️‍🌈 Saturday (6/20) – We’re honored to be part of Portland Pride at Deering Oaks Park from 12pm–5pm. Come celebrate, support, and enjoy some incredible food while taking in one of Maine’s biggest community events.

Sunday (Father’s Day) – A double-header to close out the week!
🍺 Start the afternoon at Belleflower Brewing from 12pm–4pm or Sell out for Father’s Day specials and great beer.
🎶 Then head over to Thompson’s Point for Wilco from 5pm–10pm, where we’ll be serving sushi all evening long.

Whether you’re grabbing lunch, catching a concert, celebrating Pride, or treating Dad to something special, we’ve got you covered all week long. See you out there! 🌊🍣🔥

Today I dropped a new special that may become a solid menu item. Japanese fried chicken marinated in sesame apple soy, on top of sushi, rice with tamari glaze, sesame seeds and scallions. I know everyone’s not a raw fish lover, but who doesn’t love fried chicken?

📍 Thursday — We’re kicking things off with our friends at Orange Bike Brewing for another exclusive 100% Gluten-Free Pop-Up! Catch us serving up your favorites from 4PM–8PM.

🍣 Friday — We’re BACK at Après for one of our favorite pairings around… Sushi & Seltzer! 🙌🔥 Join us from 12PM–9PM as we roll out a brand-new Japanese Fried Chicken recipe I’ve been perfecting, plus the highly requested return of our Lobster Crispy Rice. Trust us—you don’t want to miss this one.

🍎 Saturday — The trailer is loaded and we’re headed back to Absolem Cider Co. for another awesome pop-up. Great cider, fresh sushi, and a beautiful day ahead.

🍻 Sunday — We’re wrapping up the weekend with our friends at BelleFlower Brewing. Come help us finish strong with fresh sushi, cold pours, and all the good vibes.
