Spring is in full swing! 💐🌷🌸I’m blasting recession music in the car and trying to stare hard enough at all of the flowers that I can hypnotize myself into feeling something again!!

Growing up, one of my favorite things was being able to tag along to my parents dinner parties with their friends. There was something oddly comforting about the hum of happy socializing taking place throughout different rooms. The warm lighting, the music and colorful dishes stacked along the table and kitchen counters. It hit me, now that I’m 30 that this is something special I can do with my friends that taps into that same feeling + carries the tradition forward.⁠

I’ve been traveling to Mexico just about every year since I was 9 years old but am finally getting the chance to explore CDMX for the first time.🌆🌳✈️ It’s true what people say—the architecture, food, and folks here deserve all of the attention, love and praise for creating such a unique and vibrant destination. It’s truly one of a kind. 🤍 I’m grateful to be here celebrating my birthday and time together with some of my best friends.
