Restocked for the weekend! Come cozy up in the shop today 11-6 it’s nice and warm in our little jungle. This weekend is great for hanging baskets, so many beautifully long vining plants. 🥰🌿

New Plants for the weekend! We just got these MASSSSSIVEEE hoya obovata variegata ‘reverse’ baskets in this week. Our jaws dropped seeing obovata this long and even more so that they are the variegated form. Available in store & online. Some are about 3-4ft long….

ORCHIDS ORCHIDS ORCHIDS! Restocked on some beautiful varieties of orchids this week. Including Oncidiums, Miltassia, Stanhopea, Macodes, Anoetochilus, & more! A lot of the varieties we chose in our selection are a little more easy going and suitable for normal indoor growing. A lot of Oncidium are a great beginner orchid for people looking for something a little different from your traditional grocery store Phalaenopis. Although we can always get down with a classic orchid. New plants all this weekend come say hi!

We’re here for a fun weekend! It’s our wreath kickoff today, we’ll be making fresh wreaths on the spot or grab one off our wreath stand! We have bundles of fresh garland ready for hanging as well! Today will be popping up for a bulb sale so that you can celebrate come spring! Come say hi, we’ve got a shop full of fresh plants ready for you all. 🌿🌿

Up on plant show-&-tell this weekend is this incredible Bulbophyllum lobbi ‘Kathy’s Gold’ from ! He grew us a few beautiful 4” pots of this magical orchid. Join us this weekend for some beautiful plants and potted arrangements. We’ve got all your plant needs covered. This Saturday, join us for our holiday kick off! We will have fresh wreaths and garlands AND our favorite, will be popping up for a bulb sale! They’ll be bringing bulbs ready for planting so that you can enjoy them this coming spring! it’s going to be a cute weekend and we can’t wait to see ya. 🌿

Alba made this gorgeous ikebana inspired arrangement with a Paphiopedilum, a lot of orchids in this genus are lithophytic meaning they grow on rocks in their natural environments. We hope to simulate this on lava rock which is porous and wicks water easily to keep the orchid, mosses, and ferns hydrated you just refill the dish every so often. In the shop we have beautiful new terrariums & kokedama! Come say hi!

We just made a ton of ADORABLE terrariums & kokedama for all your gifting needs. Like this pretty much self sufficient Pinguicula terrarium, all you need to do is add fresh water every so often and the lava rock wicks the water to keep the Pinguicula hydrated. We also have bunches of aromatic Eucalyptus available in the shop. ❤️☺️

The shop has just been so cozy recently! 🥰😇🥰😇🥰 We made a bunch of kokedama, cork mounts, potted arrangements, and terrariums this week making for the perfect hosting or housewarming gifts.

The shop is ready for the holidays! All the way from big to small plants. We’ve always had a soft spot for Poinsettias (slide 2) did you know they are actually a mexican species of Euphorbia? While they are most widely recognized as ‘Poinsettia’ they have a rich cultural history for the Aztecs long before the arrival of European colonizers. Its indigenous name is ‘Cuetlaxochitl’ (kwet-la-SHO-sheet) which they used for dyes & medicine. For decades they have been cultivated and hybridized to make beautiful patterns and a wide variety of vibrant colors. We always love to have them in the shop this time of year. ❤️
