CINNAMON TOAST CRUNCH GRANOLA
My take on my childhood favorite cereal! It’s the best granola I’ve ever made and I’m obsessed!!
It’s essentially a very cinnamon-forward granola with rice chex cereal mixed in to try to replicate those cinnamon sugar squares.
To give it that nostalgic flavor, the granola gets tossed in a cinnamon sugar butter halfway through.
brought this to my annual summer family reunion and it was a huge hit!

🍴WEEK 242 COOKING CLUB MENU
This week we’re making a brothy cod that gets gently simmered in a coconut corn 🌽 broth with lots of veggies.
We have one of my favorite peachy 🍑 salads that is packed with flavor and texture.
And a no-cook protein and veggie packed sandwich (sando) that makes the perfect lunch on a hot day.
Plus! A delicious peach smoothie to use up any leftover coconut milk.
