It’s been a pretty sporty last 13 months or so. But one of the upsides is I decided to pour everything into not looking old for at least one day thanks to Luke Goulden | Online Transformation Coach, flattering camera work, and an aggressive spray tan.
For what it’s worth, this isn’t sponsored. But Luke helped both Scott and I get in pretty good shape and it’s worth sharing in the case it can help someone else. Working with Luke has not really been a major change. He makes workouts for me to do at home, gives diet suggestions, and tries to explain to me that 4 gallons of milk a week isn’t normal for most people. I haven’t resorted to testosterone, peptides, juice, tran, gear, hgh, enzyte, or any other male enhancements out there. I do take creatine, but supposedly everyone is supposed to now? Anyway, more news to come soon. But not on the fitness journey, this is a one and done post.
