Hot Springs Medicine and Plan V returns to Portland 🔻
Joy as Resistance My darlings, Can we co-regulate a moment? What an intensely weird time to be alive. That fortune “May you live in interesting times” - a blessing or a curse? Some days I long for simple. What am I supposed to think?? This is all so freaking - UNPRECENDENTED. It’s disregulating as all f**k.
When I first wrote Plan V, it was very much a celebration of all things 🔻. Plan V was the movement that catalyzed the global shift to Goddess Worship. But what happened when rump took office was Plan V became a rallying cry, a gathering of like-minded community, a practice of protest against censorship and misogyny (though it's still 90% comedic romp - but now it ends will an act of communal resistance).

The ni**le ding is one of the ways in which we share gratitude and express joy. When you rejoice, joy increases. Pleasure shared is pleasure squared. If you see somebody doing the ni**le ding, you are invited to ding right along with the dinger.
