Prior to starting her own company, Jasmin worked as a luxury real estate broker for Legacy Properties Sotheby’s International Realty for almost a decade. She has sold many different types of properties including waterfront homes, condos, multi-family, historical, and single family homes. In 2021, Jasmin achieved a career milestone by selling Maine’s most expensive and challenging property—Hope Island, an 86 acre private island in Casco Bay. Additionally, she has developed a leasing portfolio with over 50 apartment rental units in the Portland Area. Jasmin graduated from the University of Miami (B.A.) with honors and studied contract negotiation and alternative dispute resolution (ADR) at Georgetown University Law Center. After living out of state for many years, Jasmin returned to Portland realizing that Maine truly offers everything you could want in a home with four beautiful seasons, diverse landscapes, amazing food, and a unique way of life! Jasmin lives in Portland with her husband, Tom, and adorable pups, Romeo & Dolce. In her free time, you can find Jasmin walking her dogs, taking barre classes, studying Italian, and dining out in Portland’s robust “foodie” scene. She especially loves fashion, traveling, reading, and quality time with family and friends!
