Hello everyone!

Our next June Carter and Johnny Cash Tribute Show is NEXT TUESDAY! At at 7pm in Saint Helens!! we are so excited to share these classic songs with you!

This show will be raising money for The Amani Center Fundraiser.

Here’s some more information about what the Amani Center currently has, and what their Capital Campaign is working to accomplish. For just $25 per ticket, you are helping reach their goal of serving even more children in Columbia County.

Since you know about the Capital Campaign, this is a bit of information about who they are and what they do!

“The Amani Center is a nonprofit organization in St. Helens where alleged child victims of abuse, neglect, or witness to violence (including: sexual abuse or assault, physical abuse, emotional abuse, medical abuse or neglect, neglect, witness to domestic violence or violent crime, drug endangerment, or threat of harm) receive forensic/medical evaluations and support services in a child‑friendly, developmentally appropriate, trauma informed setting.”

Here’s to the end of 2025

What did I learn? Life is wonderful and it will show you how to restructure your life. I’m not gonna share photos of all the special moments that happened this year. This year, the biggest thing I did was get married, move into a new home with my husband, figured out where I want to go with my band and sound, and reconnected with my family and got closer to my friends. I also learned what really doesn’t work in my life. One thing I learned was that you should choose what to be open about and what to keep for just yourself. But when you do share, it does allow yourself to bring people together.

So here it goes…
The first six month of my 2025 I was in group therapy for BPD - borderline personality disorder. I was diagnosed in 2023 and finally getting into group therapy was the best thing to set me on track. However I couldn’t tour, I found with my music I had put it on pause from all the life events and inward work I had to do on myself. I found that my progress with my music affected my mental health, I had many breakdowns and in some ways I lost myself. I think I’ve been wearing a mask for a long time and I think it’s time I take it off.

There’s going to be so many times where the thing you love changes and you don’t know what it means to you anymore. I sometimes want to give up daily. Sometimes I just want to become someone else. Sometimes no matter what work I’ve done - I’m back to square one again.

2026 I need to create, I need to put new music out, I need to finish projects, and I need teammates who will join me on this path. I’ve been heading the right direction my whole life. It’s time to chase the damn thing.

If you’ve been a fan, understand that I’m gonna change a lot next year. I’m still me, but I’m gonna write music that you might knot like and if you want to join me along for the ride please do ♥️
