Preorders for Magic x Marvel Super Heroes are live!! Don't miss our prerelease events all weekend long!

At prerelease, you'll open a kit with 6 packs of Marvel Super Heroes, as well as a random Rare or Mythic promo from the set. Then you'll build a deck from those cards and battle it out over three rounds! It looks like some real love of Marvel comics was put into this set, and we can't wait to try out all the new cards. 🐸🦇 The Homeland expansion is finally here!! One of our absolute favorite games has 3 brand new factions: frogs, bats, and skunks (they have cooler names of course, but we like to call it like we see it). There are also two brand-new maps.

We also have the new Hirelings pack (perfect for filling out games at lower player counts), the Squires and Disciples deck (a super fun new alternate deck you can use in place of the base game cards in any game of Root), and of course, the new deluxe accessories. The Lilypad Diaspora clearing markers match the rest of the deluxe markers to elevate your games with the frogs, and the double-sided Marsh + Gorge playmat includes the two new maps from the Homeland expansion.

📖 Don't miss our Open the Archive draft, starting at 6:30 on May 22! It's a Secrets of Strixhaven draft with a fun twist—in addition to your first pick of every pack, you'll take the Mystical Archive card in that pack. Then you'll start all your games with a permanent emblem allowing you to cast Mystical Archive spells using mana of any type! Go nuts!

There are some special promos for this one too: the top players will receive a blind box with a Pinfinity collectible coin.

⚔🎨 We're excited to announce another miniature painting class with Dan Ozborne next month! In this 3-hour workshop, you'll learn to produce a variety of textures selected to help create atmosphere in your dark fantasy and grimdark characters, using both acrylics and Villainy Ink enamels.

If you missed Dan's last class, this will be a great way to jump in to the grimdark style! And if you were there, it's an opportunity to expand on the techniques he introduced in March with some new materials and textures. We promised you'll be surprised at what you can achieve in a just a few hours.

📖🐲Our next RCQ is May 9! We've been really enjoying Secrets of Strixhaven Limited and we can't wait to see which decks rise to the top next weekend.

This is a Competitive Rules Enforcement Level Limited tournament. Deck lists will be registered at the start of the event, followed by 5-7 rounds of Sealed based on attendance with a cut a top 8 Draft. At our RCQs, the top TWO players will qualify for the US Regional Championship.
