Two years ago I got the keys to MakeWith! Today we're having our very last workshop in the space 😢

I'm really excited for this next iteration of the business AND it is truly bittersweet to be leaving our first home.

I put a lot of work and care into this building (with a lot of help from a lot of friends) and nearly 1000 people have come through our doors to learn and grow with us.

As we're wrapping up our time in our SE PDX location, we're getting more and more excited for a lighter and more sustainable 2026.

That includes leaning into a schedule of less frequent, but no less valuable, pop-up and virtual workshops and events, more emergency preparedness, and more genuinely useful content - think how-tos, guides, resources, interviews, etc.

We're building this around a new low-cost membership model that allows you to access all sorts of good stuff at a price you can still actually afford.
