C2-Congress Squared Restaurant opened in December 2013 at The Westin Portland Harborview Hotel. The restaurant is open 365 days a year serving breakfast, lunch and dinner. The restaurant and bar are open to the public from 6:30am until 11:00pm. The cuisine is Contemporary New England with an emphasis on seafood and local ingredients. The restaurant can accommodate groups up to 10 guests and welcomes walk-ins.
