Inspired by the Egyptian story of Ra, Sun Bleached is presented as a solar and clean composition built around ambrette, tuberose absolute, a linen accord, and myrrh, creating a luminous floral-musky scent with soft resinous nuances.

In the beginning, there was only darkness. Through his own will, Ra brought forth the sky and the earth, and the universe took shape in perfect balance. As the sun, he became the source of all life, watching over gods and humankind alike.

At dawn, he rose as Khepri, the young scarab pushing light into the world. Each night, he sailed the underworld, where spirits and monsters awaited him. His greatest enemy was Apophis, the great serpent of chaos, who tried to devour the sun and plunge the world into eternal darkness. But every night, Ra prevailed. And every morning, his return became a promise: renewal, rebirth, and the triumph of light over shadow.

With the delicacy and fleeting pink of cherry blossom blooms before the rains come and knock them all down into a squelching slurry beneath our feet, the texture of crushed velvet and the longing for summer’s fruits staining fingertips, Roma Kyoto presents cherry in a way that feels completely resistant to all artificial flavoring allegations. Familiar, fluttering, and just sweet enough, with a warmth only coconut could quietly lend, it reminds us of something we can’t quite put our finger on. Profumum Roma continues to reveal their ability to accurately represent nature, even amidst its sweetest representations.

We are absolutely swooning over the newest release from RANIA J. Veliahtte opens with a burst of citrus and lavender. The smoky swirls of incense and myrrh deepen the brightness of the top notes. At the heart, a soft, powdery accord emerges, lending the composition a refined elegance. Finally, the base reveals its deep, magnetic signature… oud, patchouli, and sandalwood, enriched by the warmth of amber and musk. This is a masterclass in material-highlighting perfumery, and is decidedly not for everyone; but for those who Veliahtte speaks to, it is absolutely guaranteed to seduce.

For those who have not had the joy of smelling the relief in the air that follows an Arizonan monsoon, seen the way the desert itself sighs and relaxes, the way the clouds move from threatening to dumping in a matter of seconds, or the wet-washed smell of the Creosote bush, this is Bruno Fazzolari’s skillful depiction of just that.

Fresh and cooling, Creosote opens with herbal green brightness before revealing unexpected smoky leather facets and subtle aquatic notes. It captures the freshness of rain hitting the Sonoran Desert—that moment when everything transforms from heat to fresh coolness. Sage and desert willow add botanical depth, while a mineral-like freshness evokes the desert’s unique soil. Highly versatile, it works beautifully whether you’re at work or out with friends.
