Cleveland takes 2nd in the Jazz state competition! Full on PIL sweep - Grant, Cleveland, Rosevelt. Incredible job, congrats to all - especially the day after prom.

It’s official, Coop is headed to NYU! Super proud and excited for him.

Cooper Headrick: Best Bass Clarinet player in Oregon! Yesterday Coop took 1st in the all state competition. So awesome, couldn’t be prouder. A ton of hard work and commitment paying off. Only made better by his best friend Tonantzin winning 1st place for mezzo voice.

Construction progress on our Kingwood house project along the banks of a very green South Yamhill River.

Permits for buildings 1 and 2 approved for our 4-building mixed use project in Vancouver, The Eleva. Start of construction anticipated for November.

Cleveland Jazz Ensemble takes 1st place in PIL (all Portland Public Schools) competition!! And to top that off 3 Cleveland kids win solo awards - Tonantzin, Tai and … Cooper!

Remembering Don Anderson this morning as I’ve just learned of his passing - good article in Oregon Live below. Deepest condolences to Lin and all of the family. Vanguard Brewing was a fairly early project for Steelhead back in ‘14 / ‘15. Don and Lin were excited, hardworking and fun to work with. Just genuinely great and kind people and I appreciated their trust in letting us help on their project. RIP Don.
