No joke here… we’re seriously talking ligatures 😌✍️
April’s prompt is all about connecting letters in beautiful, unexpected ways. The more ligatures, the better.

Write a quote using as many ligatures as possible and show us what you’ve got! What are ligatures? An artistic connection/merging of letters! We have examples to give you some inspiration.

This is the kind of April Fool’s prank we fully support—more lettering, more joy.

Special thanks to Bailey Eckert & Rebecca Nguyen for their ligature examples.

For April's Member Meeting Program: Sue Greenseth will give us a sneak peek at her unique workshop, “Design with Neuland,” offered by PSC in May. Sue will share lots of fun images and a few tips and tricks when she creates her art.

Neuland is one of Sue’s favorite hands. She developed this workshop to help her students understand Neuland’s versatility—it’s easily embellished and embossed, can feel light or jarring, and is a perfect hand to use with lighter scripts.

Please join us on Zoom for Sue's presentation on April 13th, 2026 at 7pm.
Zoom link can be found in the PSC website.
