As Impact NW () approaches 60 years of service, we are pleased to share that the Board of Directors has appointed Rachel Essig as our new Executive Director.
Rachel brings more than 20 years of experience in mission-driven leadership, with a strong track record of aligning strategic vision with effective financial, operational, and programmatic management to deliver measurable community impact.
Rachel has worked extensively with elected officials, business and community leaders, and public agencies to advance both immediate outcomes and long-term systemic change. Her deep commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion - along with her strengths in fundraising, team leadership, and cross-sector collaboration - will be instrumental as Impact NW continues to expand its impact.
