Just as the ‘post-awesome thing’ blues were setting in, something special came across our proverbial desk.

Can’t think of a single better way we could get back in the groove than supporting our good buddies as they usher yet another lovely LP into existence.

Our lil baby, the one that started it all, turned 8 years old today🥹

When was it?- 2015? 2016? At some point back then, Dave, Adam and I had started working in earnest on putting some songs together. Crazy.

Silver Medal is a very different band these days, having morphed and evolved more times than I think any of us imagined it would. We almost exclusively co-write now. After more than 6 years playing music with Ian and Christian, it’s hard to imagine there was ever a time they weren’t part of the project. We’re heading back to another studio later this week to start recording what will hopefully become a third full length record.

But this was where it all started, and I still love this record enough to wish it a very happy birthday. I’ve cherry picked some of my favorite vids and pics from that time, hope y’all dig um. ❤️
