UPDATE: Our staff member's test came back negative for Covid-19!!! While we breathe a sigh of relief, we are cooking up some great BBQ for you all today. Hope to see you soon and stay safe out there!

Hey everyone. One of our staff members started developing some potential symptoms of COVID-19. They were sent home immediately, and will be receiving a viral test this afternoon. Out of an abundance of caution we have decided to close today (10/1) and possibly longer until we know the test results. Wishing our staff member a non-eventful test, and speedy recovery! Thanks for your understanding, and stay safe!

Indoor dining is back! We will be opening our newly rearranged and socially distanced dining rooms starting tomorrow (9/25)!!! Service will work a little differently, as you will order from the bar and then find your own table that has been sanitized by our staff. When your food is ready, you'll get a text message to pick up at the bar. Please wear your masks unless at your table and keep any little ones seated at all times. See you soon!

We were hoping to open today (9/17) but the air quality decided not to cooperate. We’re going through BBQ withdrawals...

While the air quality is definitely getting better out there, the wind direction and forecast indicate today will still be hazardous. Since we’re a smokehouse, we do most of our cooking outside (with wood-fire no less). We’ll be staying closed for one more day today (Wednesday 9/16). Looking forward to some amazing BBQ tomorrow!

It’s Smokey enough out there! IBU will be closed today as we definitely didn’t want to fire up the smoker today with the current conditions. Stay safe and healthy everyone and we’ll see you once the air clears!

Change might be hard, but as we celebrate our 3rd week of reopening, we’re really proud of where we are right now. While some of our old customers might miss the burgers and Brussels sprouts, BBQ has always been our passion. And it’s the best food we’ve ever put out there.
