Anti-Displacement PDX

📢 DID YOU KNOW?

Social housing is a public option that puts people over profit — creating permanently affordable, community-controlled homes *outside* the speculative real estate market 🏡💥

It’s not one-size-fits-all. Social housing can be public, nonprofit, or resident-owned. It can support renters or homeowners. The key? It’s **for the people, not for profit.**

Here’s what makes social housing powerful:
✨ Socially owned
✨ Permanently decommodified
✨ Deeply affordable
✨ Under community control
✨ Tenant protections
✨ Anti-racist & inclusive
✨ Sustainable + accessible

We need housing that works *for us* — not outside investors. 💪🏽🏘️
