As we close the books and reflect on 2025, we are feeling accomplished and beyond grateful! We closed 39 transactions, representing both buyers and sellers, selling single family homes, townhomes, condos and vacant land. We worked all corners of the Portland Metro area including: Wilsonville, Tualatin, Happy Valley, Lake Oswego, Beaverton, Tigard and Welches!

We witnessed a lot of emotions as we worked with first time home buyers, growing families, and retirees downsizing. Our clients moved in and out of town to be closer to grandchildren and aging parents, couples separated, some clients left the country while others came back from living overseas. Other clients moved into care facilities and still others passed away. Some clients invested while others divested. We bear witness to such an intimate and emotional part of people’s lives, we are so honored to be trusted to guide people through, hopefully making a difficult process a little bit easier.

During a time when the world feels so uncertain and we often feel powerless to make a difference, we are proud to look back and take note of the nearly $10,000 donated and many volunteer hours logged supporting our local community by helping animals find loving homes, feeding the hungry, fighting for reproductive rights, showing up for foster children, changing policies to reduce gun violence and the seemingly never ending fight for our immigrant, BIPOC and LQBTQIA+ communities.

We were raised to think we couldn’t talk about these kinds of things, much less build a business around the act of Giving Back to our community rooted in our beliefs.
