Today's the day! Google Universal Analytics will no longer be processing new data from here on out. Here's what you need to know:
✔️ You can still access your old data in Universal Analytics for at least six months.
✔️ GA4 does not include your historical data, only from the date that you set up the property.
✔️ The time to switch is NOW if you want to continue receiving analytics information from Google.

Chewy has lodged itself in our dog-loving hearts. 🐾
A customer tried to return an unopened bag of dog food after their pup crossed the rainbow bridge. Chewy told them to donate the food to a local shelter AND sent flowers with a hand-signed card. 🥺
The gesture went viral and, yes, it got lots of attention for Chewy. But it was also genuinely heartfelt. When things don't go as planned, how can you show a little compassion with your customers?
