Physical tickets must be purchased from a designated representative for a chance to win a Henry H004S Golden Boy Silver Walnut Rifle (.22 S/L/LR) with a 20” Octagon Barrel, custom engraved with Scottish Rite Logos. Each ticket constitutes a separate and equal chance to win; no person is required to purchase more than one ticket or pay additional fees to enter. Participants need not be present at the drawing to win. Unclaimed prizes will be held in trust for six months, after which they will be donated to the licensee. All firearm transfers must strictly adhere to ATF regulations. The winner must be at least 18 years of age and meet all federal and state requirements, including passing a National Instant Criminal Background Check System (NICS) check. If a winner is legally prohibited from owning a firearm, they cannot take possession of the prize. For out-of-state winners, the firearm must be shipped to a Federal Fi****ms Licensee (FFL) in their home state. The Portland Scottish Rite Temple Preservation Foundation records the total "Handle" of all sales; should circumstances prevent the raffle’s completion, all funds will be returned within 30 days. Please note that ticket purchases are not tax-deductible as charitable contributions. For prizes valued at $600 or more, the winner must provide a signature and street address for receipt acknowledgment. The organization will maintain all required records and winner contact information for three years. In person sales required. Raffle ticket purchase is not eligible for donation status.
