OPB.org has more details but on 12/4/25 in Vancouver, Washington Jose Paniagua Calderón, was detained in front of a Mexican restaurant, as seen on the video his vehicle (Silver SUV) raises as it rolls over both of his feet for what appears to be no reason other than to torture this man. As a reminder, we have seen multiple times that after assaulting their victims these terrorist do not take people to the hospital. Carmen Paniagua, his sister in law, said ICE agents denied him medical care and forced him inside their vehicle. “Since then, our family has been left without clear answers about his condition, location, or whether he received the medical care he desperately needs. We have been searching hospital to hospital and are now fighting to make sure he is safe and treated with dignity,” she said in a written statement. OPB has reached out multiple times to Alethea Smock, the ICE director of communications whom Vancouver police referred media inquiries to. By Saturday morning, Smock had not received a response. According to KATU, Paniagua’s family said he’s being detained at the Northwest ICE Processing Center in Tacoma.
