Trash for Peace
The mission of Trash for Peace is to provide hands-on creative experiences to encourage resilient communities.
We work with communities with the goal of creating more equitable and effective waste management and recycling systems. Ground Score Association is a peer-led initiative of Trash for Peace that provides low-barrier jobs to environmental workers, particularly those who collect and sell discarded materials for a living, and prioritizes opportunities for those who face housing and/or job insecurity.

Dearest Community,
Ground Score Association staff are volunteering this entire weekend to provide day shelter to members of our community living outdoors. By 11am today, they had served 55 people. We were unable to get funding to support these lifesaving efforts this weekend, so any donation you can provide to support supplies (warm drinks, blankets, socks, etc) is immensely helpful!
Thank you!
