At Catalysis we know that impact isn't built on big wins, it grows from deepening relationships with the people and communities you already serve. Here are three SMALL things that have BIG impact.

We say these things like badges of honor. But what culture are we creating when these become the norm? A team constantly “putting out fires” may never get a chance to build sustainably—or equitably.
Words matter. The metaphors we choose shape the systems we lead. Let’s be more intentional.

So appreciative of the insights, speakers, and community at Partners in Diversity's 2025 NW Equity Summit. Not a time to work in isolation (well -maybe never is and never was).

As said, "Power is something we generate and regenerate together."

Had a blast celebrating with Coalition of Communities of Color at the 2024 Summer Soirée!

So grateful for the advocacy and research brings to address social disparities and bring racial and environmental justice to the Portland region and beyond.

Many of our clients are members and the research that they provide has been invaluable to creating meaningful strategic plans.

So wonderful to run into clients from Worksystems and at “Say Hey” event. And excited to meet new friends as well.
