Mama Dút, the Buzzy Vegan Vietnamese Pop-Up, Opens Its Own Restaurant Saturday Mama Dút has made a splash in the last year for its work with activists and its vegan pork belly. Soon, owner Thuy Pham will be serving vegan fish sauce wings out of her own cafe.
