Locally owned in Portland, we provide all of your film and digital processing and printing needs and Citizen's Photo is a full service Digital and Film lab.

We process C-41 color negative film and E-6 slide film in a Refrema dip-and-dunk hanger transport processor, and can develop up to 8x10 inch format. We also process traditional black & white film up to 4x5 inch format. We try to keep a large stock of film on hand at all times and can order basically any kind of film you need with an average wait time of 1-2 weeks. As for printing, we use a Nortisu
