PCOS Fertility Treatments for Women in Portland, Oregon

Her doctor told her, you have PCOS and you will have to do some form of IVF to get pregnant.

Her response to that advice?

I don’t really like those answers because I don’t know what the actual problem is.

My body should be naturally doing this on its own, so why isn’t it?

Instead of taking a pill for something to fix, slap a band-aid on it, I really wanted to get to the root cause.

And that’s when she started researching and found me.

We started working together, and one year later she is pregnant with a healthy baby.

👉Do you ask yourself similar questions like, why is my body not doing this one thing it should be?

👉Do you want to get to the root cause of what’s keeping you from getting pregnant?

I’m your doctor

Schedule a call with me at https://www.drangelapotter.com/pcos and you and I will talk about what’s been missing from your care and the single most important step you can take that will help you find that root cause of your fertility struggles (hint: it’s not IVF).

This is what happens when we move from hacks to a clinical blueprint.

Staring at blank ovulation strips. Spending hours late at night on Google. Buying random supplements hoping something finally clicks.

If you have PCOS, you know exactly how exhausting this hamster wheel feels.

When Megan first came to me, she had been fighting her own biology for 20 years. She was told to just use birth control as a band-aid. But she knew her body wasn't broken—it just needed a roadmap.

In our latest podcast episode, Megan shares the exact steps she took to stop guessing, regulate her cycle in just 6 weeks, and naturally conceive her baby boy after 7 years of heartbreak.

Spoiler alert: It wasn't about cutting out gluten or doing intense diets. It was about looking at her unique biology.

Standard medical advice often leaves women with PCOS stranded in a gap between diagnosis and actual solutions.

I call this "No-Man’s Land." 🏛️

You’ve likely been told to "just lose weight" or come back only when you’re ready for an IVF referral. This surface-level approach ignores the physiological foundation required for a healthy, sustainable pregnancy.

The Fertile PCOS Clinical Blueprint™ is the bridge out of that gap.

We don't wait for your body to fail; we engineer the architecture it needs to thrive. We move beyond symptom management and into PCOS fertility architecture. 🧬

It’s time to stop guessing and start building.

Irregular cycles, stubborn weight, and constant fatigue are more than just "symptoms." They are signals that your body has placed your fertility on hold.

In the Fertile PCOS Clinical Blueprint™, I read your signals to find the architectural glitch and fix it.

There is a significant difference between "getting pregnant" and having the biological safety required to sustain a healthy, full-term pregnancy. 🏛️

If the thought of a positive test right now makes you nervous, it’s likely because you intuitively know your foundation isn't ready.

In standard fertility care, the focus is often on the "event" of conception. In the Fertile PCOS Clinical Blueprint™, my focus is on the architecture of the environment. 🧬

I don't help you to just "boost" fertility. I help you engineer a body that has silenced its metabolic alarms—insulin, inflammation, and adrenal stress—so it can move out of "Survival Mode" and into "Thrival Mode."

A healthy baby requires a healthy host. 🏛️

My goal is to ensure that when you see that positive test, you don't feel nervous. You feel certain, because you’ve spent months building a clinical foundation of safety.

When investigating the root cause of PCOS infertility, the most frequently overlooked "Alarm" isn't in the ovaries—it’s in the gut. 🏛️

In the Fertile PCOS Clinical Blueprint™, it’s recognized that the gut is the command center for systemic inflammation. If your gut microbiome is imbalanced, it triggers a cascade of inflammatory signals that travel directly to your reproductive system. 🧬

Science shows us that gut-derived inflammation can:
Disrupt Ovulation: High inflammatory markers can "Veto" the signal from your brain to your ovaries.
Impair Fertilization: Systemic inflammation creates a hostile environment for the delicate meeting of egg and s***m.
Prevent Implantation: A successful pregnancy requires a state of "Biological Safety." If your immune system is over-reactive due to gut dysbiosis, implantation becomes a clinical challenge. 🏛️

Most standard fertility workups ignore the gut entirely. If your provider hasn't analyzed your Estrobolome (the group of gut bacteria that metabolizes estrogen) or your intestinal integrity, your plan is missing a foundational pillar. 🧬

I don't just "support" gut health; I audit your microbiome to ensure your internal environment is architected for a healthy pregnancy.

It’s official. The medical community finally admitted that PCOS is about so much more than just your ovaries. It has been renamed to PMOS (Polyendocrine Metabolic Ovarian Syndrome).

But here’s the honest truth: a change in medical vocabulary doesn’t equal an immediate change in your medical care. Your local clinic is still going to hand you the exact same prescriptions tomorrow.

A new label doesn’t fix a locked cycle.

In today’s new episode of The Lab, I break down exactly what this historic name change means for your body, why your ovaries aren't the root cause of your missing periods, and how to start decoding your own metabolic data to get pregnant naturally.

Here’s an inspiring story about overcoming infertility after 7 years of ttc…

Megan came to see me after she had been trying to get pregnant for the previous 7 years.

She had been diagnosed with PCOS and got pregnant with her daughter naturally. But after having her daughter, her periods went right back to being irregular again and she wasn’t getting pregnant.

She tried talking with a few different OB’s who all told her that her only option was to go back on birth control to regulate her cycles.

She felt like she was continually coming up against a brick wall. Feeling like there were no solutions.

After years of that, she was hopeless, frustrated and started to get depressed about the whole situation.

She did some research on her own, tried eliminating gluten and dairy and tried some supplements.

Nothing was working.

That’s when she found me.

She started working with me through my PCOS Fertility Protocol. I got her supplements streamlined, we did some testing and got her on my fertility foundations and a nutrition plan.

About 6 weeks later? She got a positive ovulation test.

For her, that was exciting enough to see positive changes in her body. But to her delight, she even got pregnant on that cycle!

Now she is home snuggling with her two kids and she has a huge heart to share her story with others.

Honestly? I am so excited about this because it finally validates what I have been shouting from the rooftops for years: this condition is so much bigger than just your ovaries.

In today's new podcast episode, we break down what P-M-O-S actually stands for, why you can be diagnosed without a single ovarian cyst, and how to start decoding your own metabolic data today.
