Bridlemile Kitchen Reno

Complete makeover of a kitchen that had wide grain oak cabinets and replaced with rift sawn white oak cabinets by .contractingllc.pdx. Upholstered built in bench, fully lit up display cabinets, walk-in pantry and bar 🤗. Countertop and splash by Milan Stoneworks.

NW Kitchen and Living room makeover

Clients requested a new, modern look to their traditional style house. brought in Cascade to construct their vison. Countertops and backsplash were updated by Milan Stoneworks. They were able to work the new powder room top in without disturbing the existing backsplash tile. Regency Plaster Inc. completed the plaster finish on the new range hood design and new fireplace surround. Barnwood Naturals found us the perfect reclaimed mantle piece to cap of an awesome transformation. NW Natural Appliance Center provided the new fireplace.

Claremont house renovation

It was time for this great one level home to be brought up to today's design world. We had a blast collaborating with to create this wonderfully appointed renovation.

The kitchen was done with Cascade's custom cabinets in oak with a deep stain. Counters by Milan Stoneworks. The fireplace/display cabinets in the living room was a combination of keeping some of the existing while adding to it, creating a stunning presentation. The primary bath was gutted and we removed the jetted tub, giving a blank canvas to totally reimagine the space.

White Pine renovation

The original floor plan was completely reimagined. Knocking down the interior walls and vaulting the ceiling opened everything up to be able to create an amazing kitchen, dining and living room space. The original primary bath was reconfigured for an elegant spa like experience with a walk-in closet that has room for days. Counters and stone shelf by Milan Stoneworks.

Classic mid-century modern gets full makeover

Gone are the original green and pink bathrooms and along came the Carrara marble....6 slabs to be exact. Opened up the kitchen to the living room and installed a huge slider door for amazing views of the backyard. The kitchen also got double islands and built-in bar. A custom steel and walnut front door on a pivot hinge invites you into the home.

Alameda Tudor kitchen reno

Beautiful Tudor home in Alameda neighborhood was seriously lacking a kitchen that was up to the standards of the rest of the house. Camille with tasked us with bringing her designs to life.

Kinda fun, Jenny Guggenheim from Guggenheim Architecture + Design Studio was in Ann Sacks and noticed a project we did together made the front cover of their catalog!

Luxury in the Sky

I won't say renovating on the 27th floor is easy but the views sure are amazing.

We really stripped this penthouse down from its mundane beginnings. Reworked the layout and went to work with Cascade's team of fine craftspeople. Some of the design elements had us thinking outside the box on construction techniques but I'd say we nailed it. From the custom archways with lit up perfume displays, the hidden pantry in the walnut paneled corridor, the tripled paneled fridge/wine/freeze unit, to the seamless integrated stone sink in the primary bath, its truly a magnificent home.
