One of the coolest people I know had me do some photos for them and I feel so freaking lucky because I got to listen to them serenade me for over an hour while I took photos. Thats kind of the dream, right? Right

Facebook is prompting me to "say something about this album" and as I was going through these photos, all I was thinking was "what CANT I say about these photos." There arent enough words to describe how much love and joy and COMMUNITY being a part of this special day brought me... Maybe they just havent made those words yet, but to feel so included by people you so deeply admire and getting to witness one of the happiest days of their lives brings one overwhelming amounts of emotion. The venue was perfect, the festivities were utterly enjoyable, but the one thing that hit me the most was the FAMILY. This was more than a marriage between two people, but a reverse mitosis of two absolutely incredible families; families like no other that I can only dream to have myself one day. The love and joy that the Goodmans and the Youngs exude come together like a myriad of harmonies that no acapella group nor flying cherubs from the heavens with harps could replicate. I hope that through these photos you can experience and relive even a fraction of the feelings of excitement, love, and joy that I felt just photographing this wedding. I wish Maia and Daniel the best and cannot wait to hear about their fantastic travels across Europe when they get back. Mazel Tov

What a lovely rehearsal dinner I had to utmost pleasure to photograph for one of my favorite couples at FareStart; a non-profit organization that helps at-risk youth and people struggling economically get careers in the culinary arts. I wont be getting to my computer for a while, so here are some photos from Maia and Daniel's rehearsal dinner that I took on my phone from my camera lcd screen (hence the quality). The big day is tomorrow and I am so excited. Ive been looking forward to this all year so stay tuned for more phone photos and then eventually ALL THE PHOTOS
