Vancouver Food Cart Development, Taphouse - The rectilinear site will provide a mix of uses interconnected by food carts and picnic areas, and will create a framework of spatial relationships for this mix of uses in the neighborhood. The Taphouse anchoring the west side of this food cart development provides a brick-and-mortar base for craft beer and spirits along with flex space for more permanent food and beverage providers. The taphouse will be a neighborhood pub, bringing a community together around food and drink.

In Development: Coho Commons, a six-story 42-unit mixed-use building at the corner of N. Vancouver and N. Failing in Portland, Oregon. The project will feature two ground floor commercial tenant spaces and a mix of studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartment units over five floors all topped by an extensive eco roof. Estimated completion late 2024.
