Another birthday to celebrate, Happy Birthday, Devin!

After more than 18 birthdays with Horch Roofing, we’ve learned a few things about Devin: he works incredibly hard, he cares deeply about his people, & he’ll always make time to check in on someone!

Over the years, Devin has grown right alongside Horch Roofing, and today, as one of our General Managers, he continues to be someone our team can count on. He leads with experience, isn’t afraid to jump in when something needs to get done, and genuinely wants the people around him to succeed.

But as much as he gives to Horch, there’s nothing he’s prouder of than his family. He’s an incredible dad, a loyal teammate, and after all these years, he’s officially become part of the furniture around here, the dependable kind we have absolutely no plans of replacing. 😉

Devin, thank you for the years of hard work, leadership, laughs, and for always looking out for your team and our customers.

He’s the teammate you can count on, the problem-solver who never needs the spotlight, and somehow, in between it all, he’ll sneak in a perfectly timed one-liner or dad joke that catches you completely off guard.

He also brings a pretty solid Hakuna Matata approach to life, stay steady, figure it out, and maybe grab something sweet along the way. And speaking of sweets… if there’s cake, candy, or dessert anywhere in the building, just know Peter is aware of it.

Peter, thank you for being one of those people who simply makes the team better. We appreciate your reliability, your humor, your heart, and everything you do behind the scenes.

13 YEARS! Happy Horch-iversary, Kellie! 🎉

Thirteen years ago, Kellie joined Horch Roofing part-time… and somewhere along the way, we apparently decided we were never letting her leave. 😂

If you want to know how much Horch Roofing has changed over the last 13 years, just ask Kellie, chances are, she was right there in the middle of it. She’s watched the company grow, helped navigate plenty of changes, solved more problems than we could ever count, and has had a hand in shaping so much of what Horch is today.

Now leading our Finance & IT world, Kellie is the person behind the scenes making sure the numbers make sense, the systems work, and the rest of us stay (mostly) on track. She’s incredibly smart, fiercely dependable, never afraid to speak up, and always willing to jump in when someone needs her.

But after 13 years, Kellie is so much more than her job title. She’s part of the fabric of Horch Roofing, a trusted voice, a great leader, a source of plenty of laughs, and someone whose history and knowledge of this company are pretty hard to match.

Kellie, thank you for 13 years of loyalty, leadership, problem-solving, laughs, and putting up with all of our delightful chaos. Horch Roofing simply wouldn’t be the same without you.

Happy 3-Year Horch-iversary, Alexis!

Three years might not sound like that long… but somehow it feels like Alexis has been keeping us all in line forever. 😂

As our Financial Coordinator, Alexis is one of those people you can hand something to and know it’s going to get done. She’s dependable, organized, takes ownership, and keeps a watchful eye on the details that the rest of us probably didn’t even realize we were supposed to be watching.

But Alexis brings a whole lot more than numbers to Horch Roofing. She brings energy, laughs, plenty of personality, and just the right amount of spice to keep things interesting around here!

In just three years, she’s grown, taken on more responsibility, earned a well-deserved promotion, and become someone our team knows they can count on.

Alexis, thank you for three years of hard work, laughs, keeping us on track, and occasionally keeping us out of trouble. We’re so lucky to have you as part of the Horch family!

13 YEARS! Happy Horch-iversary, Ryan! 🎉

Thirteen years ago, Ryan joined Horch Roofing as a laborer in our Metal Division. Fast forward to today, and he’s one of our Superintendents, a leader our crews trust, and quite simply, one of those people you know you can count on.

Ryan is the definition of someone who leads by doing. He’s often here before the sun comes up, making sure crews have what they need and the day is set up for success. When something needs to get done, whether it technically falls under his job description or not, there’s a pretty good chance Ryan is already figuring it out.

But what really stands out after 13 years is the impact he’s had on the people around him. He’s helped train, mentor, and develop countless team members along the way, and he has a way of leading that makes people want to step up and do their best.

Of course, 13 years at Horch has also given us plenty of crazy socks, laughs, early mornings, and stories we probably shouldn’t share on social media. 😂

Ryan, watching you grow from a laborer into the leader you are today has been pretty awesome. Thank you for 13 years of loyalty, hard work, teamwork, leadership, and always being someone we can count on.

We’re lucky to have you, Ry.
