I’m feeling gratitude for my soul family and friends. Whenever I’m doubtful the right person at the right time brings the truth forth. Many times it’s just reminders of how dope you really are and other times it’s a moment of “I love you but let me tell you about yourself lol” I appreciate it all!

Yinscape is mixture of yin yoga and intentional soundscapes that help those conditioned to constant stimulation ease into a meditative practice within their mind and body.

For many, yoga can be very intimidating especially for those who need time to adjust to new things. Yin Yoga is a great introduction to yoga for all ages and demographics. It’s not about keeping up with others but finding your own pace that suits your mind and body. You’ll build more understanding of where you want to train your flexibility as well as where you’d need to strength train. Yin provides space to train your mind through mental processing and mediation as well. Letting your thoughts flow through you as you push through some possible physical and mental discomfort brings about solutions we’ve had inside of us all along!

This edition of Yinscape is facilitated by Founder Vincent Magee with Dasha Shleyeva blessing us with her beautiful soundscapes live!

Please arrive at 7:30 to get situated and have some complimentary tea! We will start at 8pm so please arrive no later than that!

This is great for those who have a hard time with stillness as the sound waves draw you deeper into the practice, Bringing your mind at ease
to process your thoughts and be present to the sensations within your body.
