The waitlist is open for Centennial Place Apartments. We are seeking applicants who meet the 50-60% Median Family Income limit and are looking for a studio, 1-bedroom, or 2-bedroom apartment.

We observe Memorial Day today, May 25, 2026. This federal holiday mourns the U.S. military personnel who died while serving in the United States Armed Forces. We commemorate and honor their service.

Until March 2027, when you donate to Nourish Our Neighbors at checkout at any New Seasons Market, funds are equally distributed among Cascadia and eight other local nonprofits working to expand food access in our neighborhoods. Simply choose any dollar amount when you’re prompted to give an optional donation to Nourish Our Neighbors.

Cascadia was selected to participate because our programs combat food insecurity for those we serve, from setting up individuals with SNAP benefits, to providing community gatherings with food offerings, and many related services.

Donating a small amount when you check out at New Seasons is a small way you can support our neighbors who live with food insecurity!

The waitlist is now full for Cascadia Health's West Gresham Apartments. We have received over 75 applications. The waitlist is closed, and we are no longer accepting applications for this property. Thank you and please visit our website for future opportunities.

🏠 Affordable Housing Waitlist Opening TODAY

The waitlist is opening Friday, May 8, 2026 at 2 p.m. PT for Cascadia Health's West Gresham Apartments. These units are subsidized and for disabled individuals and families who need independent housing.

We are accepting applicants for both 1-bedroom and 2-bedroom units. In order to qualify, applicants must have a disability and be at or below the income limits listed on our webpage. The waitlist will close after we receive 75 applications.
