Congratulations Travis! Now that his VISTA term has ended, Travis has accepted a position as a Vocational Support Advisor with Goodwill saying “it seems like a good fit for my background because it combines direct support, person-centered planning, advocacy, and the employment/community-inclusion work I’ve been building toward.”

We are honored to announce that Sarah Ward, VISTA Alum, has been selected for the 2026 Alums Amplified cohort with the Service Year Alliance — a community exploring how service continues long after the official year ends.

Sarah shares her service experience, saying “My path began with AmeriCorps VISTA through CADCA VetCorps and later as a VISTA Leader with Goodwill Northern New England, supporting public health, community engagement, and service initiatives across Maine and New Hampshire.

Over time, I’ve come to see storytelling as an extension of service — a way to connect people, experiences, and impact.

Grateful to be part of this cohort and excited for what’s ahead.”

👏🏽 🎉 Congratulations Sarah 🎉 👏🏽
