Homemade hot sauces dreamed up, made and sold by Erin Hatzi. I've been making these extra-spicy sauces for years now.
One day, someone said to me, "You have to sell these! And you have to call them Hatzi Sauce!" So, here I am. These spicy treats will leave your mouth burning and leave you wanting more. Pepper season is almost upon us! New batches of Hatzi Sauce are on their way soon. Any new peppers you'd like to see us use this Spring or Summer?
I just finished a large batch of the jalapeno Hatzi Sauce! The jalapenos are very spicy this time of year. Expect your mouth to burn!

This is how spicy thing are born.
Just delivered my first batch of Mexican style salsa (created by special request). Don't forget, I can make custom orders. I love a good challenge!

Hatzi Sauces are ready!
Last chance to order this batch of Hatzi sauce. It will be ready this Sunday. I'm making: Thai Sauce and Carribean Peach-Habenero Sauce.
Hey everyone! By request I will be making two batches of sauce. Thai: Mouth Burner and Habanero: Face Melter. The cost is $8 for 8oz. (that's 3oz. more than a traditional hot sauce bottle). Would anyone like to add on to this order? It will be ready for pick-up on January 20th.
