Coming to in Denver June 24th-27th with two new guitars including this beautiful Indian rosewood/spruce 650. Both guitars feature my latest bracing and I'm very excited to show them! Almost ready to finish, just in time 🙂.

Perfectly quartersawn, flawless African Blackwood, the kind that honestly I can't find anymore. Every time I pull a set from my remaining stock I get more and more reluctant to use it (up)!

Prepping mahogany neck blanks today for the four guitars I'm creating this spring. Few things more satisfying than a combination of excellent wood and an excellent sharp plane!

Coming to the end of what I consider "Chapter I" of the construction process--the four boxes are all closed up and all bindings are done and scraped flush. Now, the majority of the acoustic elements have been determined and it's time to start "Chapter II"...heels, necks and fingerboards.

Bringing this special guitar to San Antonio for the UTSA . Quartersawn old Brazilian rosewood from my reserve stock, paired with a beautiful cedar top. 650mm. 2 weeks to French polish and string up!
